COVID PolicyWe are vaccinated and prefer clients to be vaccinated as well. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. Please feel free to wear a mask if you so choose and if you prefer your stylist to wear one, please let us know.
Parking Parking near the salon can be tricky, so we please ask that you keep that in mind when planning for your appointment. We suggest parking behind the salon on N Mississippi Ave, one block West of N Albina Ave.
CancellationsWe have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge and no-shows will be charged full service price. We politely remind you that if we are not with clients we are not earning, so please cancel as soon as possible so we can fill your appointment time.
Color AppointmentsColor processes have become more complex over time. Dimensional blonding can often take many hours to complete, while more complicated color correction can take many appointments to reach the desired outcome. Because of this, stylists often specialize in some services and not others. If you are thinking of making a major change, please consider booking a consultation before scheduling your service to verify the stylist you would like to work with offers the service you seek. If you are scheduled for a long appointment, plan to bring snacks, a book or your laptop!
